We are really proud to be part of the Rotorua Community. As the country deals with COVID-19 we’ve been working hard to ensure that we can continue to provide our community to the same care and service we have done in the restaurant for all these years.
We have been classified by MBIE as an essential service.

We are delighted to finally be able to deliver our food boxes.
We want you to know that we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. Our team follows the strict regulations to ensure the protection of you and your family – which include gloves for all food handling and washing/sanitising their hands frequently throughout each shift. A full clean-down process between each shift for the safety of both you and our team. And social distancing with limited staff onsite are followed vigilantly.
Our delivery drivers will be practising contactless delivery to you and your bubble. Wearing gloves, sanitising after every delivery, sanitising the van regularly and not coming into contact with any customers – we will simply knock and step back at least 2m, ensuring that someone in the household knows we have drop your box on your doorstep.
We are working really hard to make sure that our staff and families are safe during this time and we hope you are doing the same. The health and safety of our loved ones and our community is our greatest priority!

Our priority is the health and safety of our team members and customers. For your peace of mind, our drivers will place your order in front of your door before knocking and letting you know they have arrived. The driver will stand back and wait to ensure you have collected your order. We understand the trust our customers place in us to deliver safe, fresh food and take this responsibility seriously.
